*When your order arrives, please inspect the package/carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping package/carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact Naturally Yours Boutique’s Customer Service: 951-567-6259 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., PST., Monday through Friday. We will be happy to assist you.
Place your order on or before 12:00PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) and your product(s) will most likely be shipped the same day.
For orders shipped in the USA, it should take 3-7 business days for you to receive your package (sometimes in less time).
For international orders, you should receive your package 6-10 business days (in some instances it may take a little longer due to Customs).
Beautiful Hair products are bubble wrapped and secured in a padded envelope or box.
- USA: A flat fee of $6.80 (up to $50 order; $50+ order charges apply) will apply to USA orders. If a large order is placed and cannot fit in the padded envelope, there will be an additional charge for a larger shipping container. You will be notified via email or by phone if this should occur. After the additional fee is paid, your items will be prepared for shipping.
- CANADA: A flat fee of $23.95 (up to $50 order; $50+ order charges apply) will apply to Canada orders. If a large order is placed and cannot fit in the padded envelope, there will be an additional charge for a larger shipping container. You will be notified via email or by phone if this should occur. After the additional fee is paid, your items will be prepared for shipping.
- INTERNATIONAL (everywhere else in the world): A flat fee of $32.95 (up to $50 order; $50+ order charges apply) will apply to orders going International (everywhere else in the world). If a large order is placed and cannot fit in the padded envelope, there will be an additional charge for a larger shipping container. You will be notified via email or by phone if this should occur. After the additional fee is paid, your items will be prepared for shipping.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
EXCHANGES ONLY will be honored because of sanitary issues with personal products. NO REFUNDS will be given.
The item(s) in question will be EXCHANGED ONLY if damaged from transit to you.
For exchanges to occur, the following must be followed:
- Return UNOPENED product(s)
- Photo of the damaged product (and receipt) must be returned within 3 business days of your receiving it.
*For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return item(s) via USPS or insured. Please note that return shipping fees are NOT refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned to us as ‘undeliverable’ (from a wrong address), you may have your package reshipped to you, however, you are responsible for the reshipment cost.
